Dale Pelfrey
Founder and CEO

Dale began his career with four years in the United States Air Force. Over the following thirteen years, he obtained his technical experience in the aerospace industry by focusing on his skills as a Modelmaker, Mechanical Technician, and Project Manager.

In 1976, Dale founded Enginetics and has been actively engaged in the aerospace industry ever since. Mr. Pelfrey has received many awards including Outstanding Performance and Recognition of Excellence from General Electric, Administrators Award of Excellence from the United States Small Business Administration, Outstanding Performance in Fulfilling Contractual Requirements Award recognized in The Pentagon Ceremony by the Deputy Secretary of Defense, and many others from customers such as Lockheed Martin and Allied Signal. In 1995, he was selected Entrepreneur of the Year in the Dayton Region, Ohio.

Mr. Pelfrey acquired his education at The University of Dayton and Wright State University studying Engineering and Business.

Mr. Pelfrey’s hobbies include Traveling, Skiing, Auto Racing, and Golf.
